After seeing Taylor Swift's Grammy performance last weekend, I knew that the girls would be fascinated by the costumes and catchy music. I saved it and played it for them on Friday. The first time through, they both just stood and stared memorised at the TV. The second time through, Clara had me pause it, and then pointed out one of the women in a big white gown. This prompted the need to wear her princess dress and then dress Avery up in her tutu dress. Unpause, and then there was plenty of hip shaking and twirling to the tune of "and we are never ever ever getting back together!"

| If you look closely you can see Avery's dress-up high heals. They are really Clara's, but Avery has adopted them as her own and insists on walking around in them. They light up as she walks, and it's really funny to see a 16 month old wearing heals. |
