She continually cracks us up. She was in dire need of milk again today when we got home and went right for the fridge. She couldn't get it open so she knocked on it. I found this really funny, and then realized it's somewhat logical. When she wants us to open a door for her, she knocks, and we open the door. Same concept.
We were in the car this evening, and Matt asked her how her day was. I tend to have entire one-sided conversations with her (and have for many months now) talking to her about her day, who was at daycare, the toys they played with, etc. She usually just listens. Today she responded, and the conversation went something like this:
Daddy: How was your day at daycare today?
Clara: Trish
Daddy: Yes, you spent the day with Trish, didn't you?
Clara: Wow, wow, wow, wow, badabadadada, milk, milk, (more jabbering), monkey, milk, wow, wow, wow.
Definitely her monkey and milk were the highlights of her day. And playing outside all day in this beautiful weather!
