Today we dressed Clara up in her Christmas outfit, had her pictures done, and then went to visit Santa at Crown Center. It was a fun day, but didn't really go as we had planned. We had her pictures taken at Target, and the lady who did the pictures was not friendly at all. I'm not sure how she has a job taking pictures of children. I didn't blame Clara for not wanting to smile at this woman. We won't be going back to Target for pictures. Good thing Clara is cute even when she's not smiling! We had lunch at Crown Center, and planned to take Clara to see Santa. We waited in line for half an hour and after the line had hardly moved, we decided to see Santa another time (maybe next year). We did see the gingerbread land at Crown Center and the model trains at Union Station.
