We had been feeding her 4 oz. bottles during her fourth month. We went up to 5 oz. bottles about two weeks ago, and now we just bumped it to 6 oz. bottles because of how quikcly she was eating 5 oz. Yesterday she had a full 36 oz, which is the most she's eaten in a day. There is definitely a correlation between her eating more and sleeping more. The doctor said we can start her on rice cereal any time now, but we'd really like to wait until closer to 6 months. The dr. also said that if she starts waking up again at night, that would be a good time to start the cereal b/c it probably means she's hungry and needs more calories. So for right now, she's still on a strict diet of Mommy Milk. Kate and I were talking yesterday, and it's truly amazing that our bodies are capable of producing the only food our babies need right now. And both of our babies are growing fast! Evan is really long, and Clara just seems to get chubbier!

We've started putting her in the excersaucer, and she loves it. She's not overly balanced yet so we sit next to her because she's very wobbly. She doesn't do much with all the toys, but she stares in amazement at them. It's incredible to see her mind at work because she is so fascinated by the smallest things. And we are so fascinated by her.
Well, Matt just woke Clara up, and it sounds like there was a big blow-out last night. It's feeding time and bath time!
