Something Fun

Clara asks us each morning, "Where are we going today?"  Apparently we go a lot.  She will also ask if we can do something fun.  We've been pretty brave venturing out with two of them.  Sometimes it's easier to do something that both entertains Clara and wears her out!There have been a few days that I've had both girls at home by myself.  On one of those days we went to the Museum, another day we went to Monkey Bizness and Fritz's, and another we had a playdate with Kate and Evan.  Avery was along for all of this too (except for the concert), but slept through most of it so I didn't manage to get her in any of the pictures.  Poor second child.

 We saw a couple of cute monkeys at the Midwest Holiday Kids Fest.  The event was not what we had expected, but the monkeys were cute and we got some free coupons for Chick-fil-a.

 Even Mommy got to do something fun last weekend!!  I went with Matt's parents to see Gary Allan in concert.  It was at a smaller venue, and we had the BEST seats in the house.  Our seats were in the front row of the balcony on couches!  Only the first row (14 seats) were couches and the floor seats were standing room only.  Awesome show, and it was great to get out of the house for a little adult fun!  (In case you hadn't figured it out, I have the coolest in-laws ever!)
